I designed a centralized dashboard within Zinterview — a single-screen for managing schedules, tracking candidates, and viewing actionable hiring analytics.
The new dashboard is now helping teams reduced rescheduling effort by 20%, reduce candidate drop-offs by 20% and reduced feedback turnaround time 3–5 days to >24 hours (75% faster). leading to faster hiring decisions and improved candidate experiences.
